miniCAST El Paso is the premier science and technology education conference in the Far WestTexas and Southern New Mexico area. Open to all educators K-16 that are interested in improving their science and/or technology skills, miniCAST provides a “Big Time” conference setting compressed into a single day of learning. Workshops, Keynotes, Exhibit Hall, Networking events and more are all a part of the minICAST Experience.
Sponsored by the Science Teachers Association of Texas and TCEA and created and hosted by Region 19 ESC, The Texas Regional Collaborative, The El Paso,Anthony, Clint and San Elizario Independent School Districts, miniCAST is a region-wide event that is created specifically for all teachers, and especially those that teach science or use technology in the classroom.
